We recommend travelers who purchase our kits tailor the contents to their specific travel and health needs, including adding their own prescription medications after purchase, to manage pre-existing medical conditions while traveling.

After receiving your travel health kit, we recommend reviewing the contents of the kit and adding any additional items that you may need.

For example, we recommend tailoring the kit to your own unique travel and health needs by adding in your prescription and routine over-the-counter medications so you can manage preexisting medical conditions while traveling. When packing, your travel health kit should always be accessible, which is why we’ve designed it to be TSA-compliant and sized to fit in your carry-on luggage.
